Q: What is your minimum order?
We have a 12 piece minimum for Screen Printing, this can be a combination of styles and colors as long as the design is the same. We have no minimums for our Embroidery service.

Q: Why do dark colored shirts cost more?
In order to have good ink coverage on dark colors, an underbase is used, the underbase is printed on the shirt fist, we flash cure the underbase, then the final colors are printed.

Q: How do you determine your pricing?
Pricing is based on several factors.
1) Total quantity of garments.
2) Type/Style of products selected.
3) Complexity of design.
4) Number of colors in design (screen Printing only). Because our pricing has so many factors, using our online form (located in our catalog app), or giving us a call at 715-924-3554 or 1-800-269-4007 is the best way to get a quote.

Q: Can I pick up my order to reduce shipping costs?
Absolutely, just indicate that you are going to pick up your order in person when you place your order with us. We also offer very affordable shipping anywhere in the country.

Q: What is the maximum amount of colors you can do with screen printing?
We can print up to six colors at a time. Keep in mind that each color needs an additional screen, so if you want to keep cost down, eliminating colors is a good way to do that. When printing light colored inks on dark shirts it is often necessary to print an underbase first, that will add an additional screen. For Example, if you have a two color design and you want to put it on a dark shirt, we may have to charge you for a three color design. Rest assured we always take that into consideration when we quote you a price, so you don't have to worry about surprise fees.

Q: Do you offer a "proof" of the design before you print my items?
Yes! We will e-mail you a digital format of the design for you to approve before we print your order. Customers need to review their design carefully prior to approval to ensure satisfactory results. Keep in mind that due to computer monitor settings we can not guarantee that the color shades you see in your proof will be exact to the actual print.
